Teal Pool & Spa Lift

The Teal Lift has been developed over years of experience working with health care professionals and swimming pool managers to solve access compliance problems based on safety, simplicity, quality and good design with the flexibility to adapt to the situation. The patented “Swap Over” system allows the operator to use an extensive range of attachments to suit the situation including: standard seat, sling jib, transfer chair, spine board lift and wheelchair platform. Being portable allows you to move it to the appropriate part of the pool or spa, use it then store it away when not required, address safety issues by removing a potential hazard from the pool deck. If it is to be a permanent fixture the operational controls and attachments can be removed from the lift preventing any unauthorised use. The rugged construction stainless steel frame, fittings and attachments along with the lightweight poly body and robust drive train with simple operation is engineered to give a complete access solution with years of trouble free.

The most popular lift is the standard fitted with a seat, swing arm rest and battery back up pack.

Operation:
The client accesses the lift seat at the correct height then rotates the seat 180 degrees. The client has a constant visual reference to the edge of the pool or spa, creating a feeling of confidence thus allowing a dignified and gentle entrance to the pool or spa with the use of the water-safe hand controller. The client can then be floated off the seat. Getting out is just as simple.

Installation:
The typical installation usually requires two holes drilled into the concourse then stainless steel sleeves inserted and glued in. The lift is located above these holes and anchor pins are inserted though the lift legs and into the sleeves thus preventing the lift from moving.

Lift:
The lift is certified with a safe working load of 250 kg. This model is available as a portable unit with wheel out legs or permanent mounting and can be configured with a range of “Swap Over” system attachments.
