Information
Polyethylene (PE) and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) are similar materials and are difficult to tell apart.
PE foam is firm, resistant to heat and is lightweight therefore floats a little better. However it takes longer to recover after compression.
EVA foam is soft, more resilient, and has better recovery after compression.
